Additionally she provides some examples of reflections and explores what makes for a strong piece of reflective writing. This will be invaluable for informing your assignment.

    5. Transforming nursing through reflective practice - Christopher Johns, Dawn Freshwater 2005 (electronic resource)

      Book Recommended I think Chapter One is particularly useful as it explicitly links reflection and mindfulness and discusses John's approach to reflection in a slightly more accessible way than in John's book 'guided reflection'. However there is much of interest in this book and if you read anything you think is particularly relevant do let me know.
